Hi, Roy Goondarwedne here. Some of you might still be wearing rubber bands, you may have been instructed by your doctor online, or via phone call on how to continue wearing those.
If you feel the bite is overcorrected or if you feel like the bite feels a bit strange, I would probably consider wearing those elastics just at night time only or you could potentially call us at the clinic here and have a virtual consult.
